available to insure that limited people have access to read-only versions
of the data and that only authorized employees may modify data stored in
the system.

For each use of VestiTrak an
audit trail is created. VestiTrak
logs a detailed history of what each user enters into the system.
DOCUMENTATION
VestiTrak automatically
documents the following actions:
● Follow-up attempts
● Recall letters
● Plan of care procedures
REPORTS
A variety of reports can be
easily generated to assess your practice’s risk levels. These reports
also help you comply with applicable HIPAA standards.
ON-LINE INFORMATION
VestiTrak stores a complete
medical record for each patient, including information such as demographic
data, insurance company and lab results.
