Annual Maintenance Plan
With the Annual Maintenance Plan you are entitled to unlimited
technical support. Rare problems
that occur are usually solved over the phone. You will have a customer service team
appointed to your account prior to installation. Our toll free technical support is
available 24/7 by calling 1-888-462-4025, Ext. 2. In the event of a technical
problem we will respond within 4 business hours of the initial support
call.
The Annual Maintenance Plan also entitles your practice to receive any
software upgrades at no charge. VestiTrak 4.0 was released in
February 2003 and is the newest release. Under the Annual Maintenance Plan,
new releases and subsequent versions are available to your practice at no
additional cost.
